Dr. Wassef graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.  She is in Family Medicine & the Medical Director of Quality Improvement/ Risk Mgt/ Accreditation at St James Hospitals which is located in South Suburb of Chicago.  Dr. Wassef holds a faculty appointment as Associate Professor at Midwestern University.

 Dr. Wassef is a Physician Surveyor for Healthcare Facility Accreditation Program / American Osteopathic Association. She is also on the Executive Board as the Treasurer for Illinois Osteopathic Medical Society.

Dr Wassef lives in Frankfort a South Suburb of Chicago with her husband Larry and their pet bird Mango.
